When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Shipping address

Please be mindful of putting in your correct and up-to-date shipping address. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds in the event an incorrect address is provided.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are NOT responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via local post office. Buyers are responsible for contacting their local post office and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and their local post office. We can not replace your package because it was lost, it is a risk we all take when ordering online. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for international duties, taxes & tariffs charges that may apply.

Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
